19/11/09Thursday 19th november I took part in a live pitch at the BBC studios in manchester. The BBC have given the students of Stockport and Oldham college a live brief for the move from London to Manchester. I decided to involve myself in this brief independently. The brief involves designing a series of moving packs for the staff moving up north. I feel the presentation went very well and I was pleased with the outcome. The opportunity to pitch to the BBC was an great experience. Even though I would of liked to of worked on my initial ideas more, I was still able to go and present comfortably and confidently. I received positive feed back for my ideas and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The next deadline is 7th December where they requested that our initial ideas should be developed.
